What is the 2025 local election for?
This is the year when you will choose your Mayor, Council, School Board, Water Boards, and Soil and Water Conservation candidates.
Local Elections are critical to ensuring you get the best leadership that represents your values and needs within your community.

EARLY VOTING BEGINS OCTOBER 7TH

Online voter registration is available through October 6th

In Person Voting
Early Voting Begins Tuesday, October 7th
No Voting (Indigenous People's Day) Monday, October 13th
Expanded Early Voting Begins Saturday, October 18th
All early voting ends Saturday, November 1st
No open polling locations Sunday, November 2nd or Monday November 3rd
Election Day Tuesday, November 4th
Same Day Registration
Starting on October 7th Same Day Registration will be available through Election Day at all voting locations. You will be able to register to vote and vote on the same day and update your address so you are voting in your district.
Absentee Ballots
Apply early for an absentee ballot for the upcoming Regular Local Election. The last day to request an absentee ballot is October 21st. Ballots must be received at the Clerk's Office or a drop box by 7pm on Election Day.
